Featured Greasemonkey User Script: Automatically collate pages with Pagerization - Lifehacker
Firefox extension Pagerization allows you to scroll down several collated pages. You don't have to open page 2 of your google results they just show up at the bottom. When you get to the bottom of page 2, page 3 shows up. You do need to install Greasemonkey in Firefox though.
